Initially created to serve the IT needs of Equitable Bank, ECS is now considered as one of the Philippine’s leading computer service providers.  Its superior end-to-end credit card processing and POS maintenance services were instrumental in the phenomenal growth of Equitable Card Network, Inc. (ECN) from 1989 to 2005.

Equicom Inc. (EI) was registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in January 2008. EI, formerly one of the business segments of EQUITABLE COMPUTER SERVICES, INC. was incorporated as one separate company for better control, focus and relevance to its market. It was established to undertake the necessary management and infrastructure development appropriate for this business. Thus, the company is geared towards providing computer solutions that gives product integration and quality support.

EI’s aim is to deliver the appropriate computer system and technology needed to sustain the information technology requirements of its clients. Technical Support Services

Equicom Information Technology,  Inc.

Equicom Information Technology, Inc. (formerly Equicom Systems Management Inc.) was established in 1997 initially as a joint venture between Equitable Computer Services, Inc. (ECS) and TELUS Enterprise Solutions International Inc. of Canada. It was created to provide Information Technology (IT) solutions to leading companies and organizations in the Philppines and overseas.

Focusing on telecommunications, insurance, manufacturing and financial service industries, EITI took advantage of its global resources to offer the most innovative and sophisticated solutions to its various clients. While it started off by serving only its parent companies then, the company is now part of the Equicom Group and offers other service-based organizations.
